WHERE THE PUBLIC PROSECUTION AT THE INTERMEDIATE LEVEL OF NGOMA OPERATES

The offices of the Public Prosecution at the Intermediate Level of NGOMA are located in Amahoro Village, Karenge Cell, Kibungo Sector, Ngoma District, Eastern Province. They operate in the same building as the Intermediate Court of NGOMA and the Primary Court of Kibungo.

2. Informing individuals about the decisions made regarding their cases.
3. Protecting and assisting victims and witnesses.
4. Addressing citizens' concerns and facilitating individuals to meet the Chief Prosecutor at the Intermediate Level.
5. Assisting individuals seeking to buy their traffic accident case files.
6. Receiving individuals summoned by the Public Prosecution.
7. Issuing Criminal Record Certificates
