WHERE THE PUBLIC PROSECUTION AT THE INTERMEDIATE LEVEL OF NYARUGENGE OPERATES

The offices of the Public Prosecution at the Intermediate Level of NYARUGENGE are located in KIVUGIZA Cell, NYAMIRAMBO Sector, Nyarugenge District, in Kigali City. They operate in the same building as the Intermediate Court of Nyarugenge.

This level of prosecution has jurisdiction over the districts of Nyarugenge and Kicukiro.

4. Informing individuals when their cases have been submitted to court.
5. Receiving case files submitted by the Police.
6. Assisting individuals seeking to buy their traffic accident case files.
7. Receiving individuals summoned by the Public Prosecution.
