The National Public Prosecution (NPPA) is hosting a Staff Planning Workshop from November 19-22, 2024, at ILPD, Nyanza, to align its planning for the 2025-2026 fiscal year with national priorities.

The workshop gathers key stakeholders, including heads of department, chief prosecutors, and internal resource managers.

Its goals include assessing NPPA's achievements against the NST1 targets, aligning fiscal year priorities with NST2 and the JRLOS Strategic Sector Plan IV, estimating the budget, and discussing strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The workshop also explores how ICT and digitalization can enhance prosecution processes and reviews resolutions from the previous fiscal year.
