NPPA Launches Prosecution Performance Management System (PPMS)

The National Public Prosecution Authority (NPPA) has officially launched the Prosecution Performance Management System (PPMS), a tool designed to enhance accountability, strengthen staff performance, and improve institutional efficiency in the delivery of justice. The PPMS functions as a daily operational reporting tool, enabling staff to record the execution of their assigned tasks and provide timely updates on progress.

The launch took place at the NPPA Headquarters and was attended by the Minister of Public Service and Labour, Amb. Christine NKULIKIYINKA, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice, Théophile MBONERA, along with their delegations and NPPA senior staff.

In her remarks, the Prosecutor General, Angélique HABYARIMANA, underscored the importance of the PPMS in promoting accountability and efficiency. She noted that the system will serve as an effective framework to evaluate the work of NPPA staff. 

The Minister of Public Service and Labour, Amb. Christine NKULIKIYINKA commended NPPA’s initiative as a model of institutional accountability.
